Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Elliot’s Echo, every reading is prepared with care, intention, and respect for your time and energy. To keep the experience smooth and fair for everyone, the following policies apply:
Cancellations & Rescheduling (Live Appointments)
You may cancel or reschedule your live tarot appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
If you are running late, I will wait up to 10 minutes. After that, the session is considered a no‑show and is non‑refundable.
Refunds for Delivered Readings
For pre‑recorded or written readings, you may request a refund within 24 hours of receiving your reading.
After 24 hours, the reading is considered delivered and non‑refundable.
No‑Show Policy
If you miss your scheduled live session without notice, the appointment is considered completed and is not eligible for a refund.
